Dear Clients, The NOC technicians have replaced the faulty supervidor, however the core switch is crashing when under load. They are investigating this problem. We will update you when we have any news.

Dear Clients, The NOC technicians have updated us, they have found the reason for the failiure of the core switch, and are replacing the faulty part as we speak.
Servers should be back online within the next 10 - 20 minutes. We will update if this changes.

Our Netherlands network has just suffered a major outage, which is ongoing. The NOC are fully aware of this outage, and technicians are onsite and working to resolve the problem.
Any streaming media customers who are affected by this outage, are eligable for a replacement server on our UK network until the outage is resolved, please contact us to have one setup.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this outage and thank you fr your understanding and patience.
