UK Network Outage (Resolved)
Affecting System - UK Customer Network | Priority - Critical

Dear Clients,
 
There is currently an outage affecting our UK network. This is affecting all UK customers, including web hosting, shoutcast server and dedicated server clients.
 
We have made the NOC aware of the issue and they are investigating as we speak.

UPDATE @ 17:55

The entire network looks to be back online and we are awaiting an RFO from the data centre. If you have any services down, please contact us immediatly.

UPDATE @ 18:19

The network issue looks to have been caused by a routing issue within the datacentre. And investigation is underway to determing the exact cause of the issue and why the secondary router was unable to take over the network control when the primary router hit problems.

Apache Issue On Adder (UK3) (Resolved)

DNS Issues On Adder (Resolved)
Affecting Server - Adder (UK3) (Online July 09) | Priority - Medium

This issue should now be resolved. It may take a few minutes for the DNS cluster to re-sync, however we can confirm that all checked sites appear to be up and running.

Dear Clients,

BIND is experiencing some issues on our offsite server, Adder (UK3), and some clients with offsite WHMCS systems may notice intermittent connectivity at present. We are investigating the issue and hope to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note, this only affects clients with offsite WHMCS systems, no other clients or services are affected by this issue.
