Automatic Information Logging

website. This is a standard feature of web servers and is not used unless
our server or website is subject to an attack by an individual or group IP
address. In the event of an IP address being involved in a suspected attack
on our server or website, we may pass the address on to relevant
authorities.
Our order form automatically logs your IP address and computer name when you
submit an order. We randomly use the IP addresses to verify order details,
as IP addresses are geographic and can be used to verify the location of the
person who submitted the order. We also retain these IP addresses on file.
In the case of fraudulent or similar activities, we may use this IP address
to help authorities.
Cookies
Our website currently makes no use of cookies. Our support system does
however make use of cookies if you choose to have it remember your
details/stay logged in. If you do not wish to have a cookie placed on your

Ordering Details
When placing an order, we do require that you fill in personal details (such
as full name) and contact details (such as home address, telephone number

details on this website or via email by one of our staff. This is to protect

Client details will never be released to any 3rd party without prior
notification and agreement from the client. The only people who may view
client details are HostWirral sales and technical support staff.
HostWirral/WirralNET will NEVER sell client details to any 3rd party or mailing list
scheme. If the company is ever to be sold, clients will be notified in
advance and given the option to cease their contract with HostWirral prior to
their details being handed over to any new owner.
